About

We start where the confusion ends.

Legal Claim Connect came out of watching too many Spanish-speaking families lose time, documents, and options after an accident — simply because nobody explained it to them in their language.

Why we exist

After an accident, the information arrives all at once and almost never in Spanish: calls from insurers, hospital paperwork, a police report you don't know where to request, and advice from well-meaning people repeating what they heard.

Decisions get made in that noise that can't be undone later. Someone stops going to therapy because they feel better. Someone accepts a quick check without knowing what they're signing. Someone lets their state's deadline pass without ever knowing it existed.

Our job is simple and deliberately limited: turn down the noise, explain the steps, help you organize what you have, and — when it's needed — put you in front of a legal professional licensed in the right state. That's where our part ends and theirs begins.

How we work

  • Clarity before urgency

We don't pressure you or promise figures. If we don't know something, we say so and point you to who can answer.

  • In your language, always

We explain everything in plain words — the ones people actually use, not insurance vocabulary.

  • Honest limits

We are not lawyers, and we'll repeat it as many times as needed. Confusing that can cost you your case.

  • Your information is yours

We only use it to guide you and, with your authorization, to introduce you to a legal professional. We don't sell it.

Who we are

The people on the other end of the phone.

    CEO and founder

A mechanical engineer from Universidad Simón Bolívar, he spent years running operations and teams in Venezuela and in Europe, where he worked for Otis. He founded Legal Claim Connect to guide people who have just had an accident and don't know where to start. His rule is simple: speak plainly, never raise false expectations, and connect each person with the professional who can actually help.

    Partner · Head of Intake

Born in Caracas, now living in Miami. She runs the Intake department, so she is usually the first voice you hear when you call. She spent years working with customers in the automotive industry, and brought with her the habit of listening before talking — so no one hangs up with more questions than they started with.
