What this service is, and what it is not
Legal Claim Connect is a guidance and information service. We explain in general terms how the process after an accident usually works and, if you want, we connect you with an independent legal professional.
Legal Claim Connect is not a law firm, does not practice law, and does not provide legal advice. No one on our team acts as your attorney. We do not represent anyone before courts, insurers, or authorities, and we do not draft or file legal documents on your behalf.
No attorney-client relationship is created
Nothing you read on this site, and nothing we discuss by phone, WhatsApp, or email, creates an attorney-client relationship. That relationship can only arise from a written agreement between you and a licensed attorney, and it is an agreement we are not a party to.
For the same reason, the information you send us is not protected by attorney-client privilege.
The information on this site is general
The articles, guides, and answers on this site are general and educational. They are not legal or medical advice about your particular situation.
Laws vary from state to state and change over time. Content that is correct in one state may not be correct in another, and may become outdated before we catch it. For your case, consult an attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.
About legal deadlines
Accident claims have filing deadlines that vary by state and by type of case. If the deadline passes, the right to claim is usually lost, no matter how strong the case was.
We do not calculate or track those deadlines for you, and using this site does not pause or interrupt them. Acting in time, and consulting an attorney as soon as possible, is your responsibility.
The legal professionals are independent
The attorneys and firms we connect you with are independent third parties. They are not employees, partners, or representatives of Legal Claim Connect, and we do not supervise them.
We do not guarantee their availability, their performance, or the outcome of their work, and we are not responsible for their acts, fees, or omissions. Before hiring any of them, verify their license and agree the terms in writing.
No guaranteed outcome
We promise no outcome: not that you will obtain compensation, not a particular amount, not a particular timeline. Any case may resolve differently than expected. If someone acting in our name promises you a specific result, they are not authorized to do so; please tell us.
Your responsibility when you write to us
By sending us an inquiry you confirm that you are over 18, that the information you give is truthful, and that you are not impersonating anyone. If you send us a third party's information, you confirm that you have their permission to do so.
Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or to interfere with how it works or with its security.
Contact authorization
By checking the box on the form, you authorize us to contact you by phone, text message, or WhatsApp about your inquiry. You can withdraw that authorization at any time, as explained in the privacy notice.
Site content
The text, images, video, logos, and design of this site are ours or used under license, and are protected by law. You may read them and share links, but you may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-party links and content
The site may link to pages we do not control. We include them for convenience, not as an endorsement. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
